UPMC and Patients R Waiting, a health nonprofit, are committed to closing the gap in health outcomes for Black mothers. Through these efforts, we are proud to have increased the number of Black and Brown certified #doulas in the Lancaster area ninefold in the past year through our free doula training program. We are focused on eliminating health disparities by increasing #DiversityInMedicine.
