As our Higher Achievement Program enters its fourth and final week, here are some images from last week as students continued their multifaceted experience of academics, athletics and more. While rising eighth-graders from across Western New York compete in sports like basketball, football, handball and soccer each day, last week they also took a practice version of the Scholarship and Entrance Exam. HAP participants take classes in reading, English and math and compete in team sports and other activities with their homerooms – all of which are named after Jesuit colleges. HAP teachers are current and former teachers as well as alumni while they are assisted by a large group of current Crusaders. HAP graduation will be held this Friday.
