100% dedication - all day, every day. Having sports performance coach Karina in the HAUS has been amazing these past few months, and we want to formally introduce all of you to her! Karina Osmanski, CPT, graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a bachelor’s degree in Health Wellness and Fitness with a minor in Coaching. Prior to joining the TCO team in January 2020, she worked with a variety of individuals and teams including: elementary and middle school aged sport teams, high school strength and conditioning programs all across the west metro, as well as being a soccer coach for DeLaSalle High School and Fusion Soccer Club.
