📷 pipernooney: Working with Remi (oluremi20) at Training HAUS has opened my eyes to better nutritional choices and has helped me grasp a better understanding on the importance of proper fueling. ⁣ ⁣ She has shown me how to fuel myself before athletic performance, after, and throughout the day. As a high-performing athlete, I learned the importance of healthy snacking in order to maintain my energy levels and perform at my best. Even on days where I am not be performing, Remi has shown me how important it is to have a consistent source of nutrients. ⁣ ⁣ Patience played a large role in this as I played around with different snack ideas for pre-workouts, post-workouts, and other daily snacks. Everyone has a different body with different needs for proper fueling. Remi gave me great ideas and advice.⁣ ⁣ A few examples are: carrots and hummus, crackers with nut butter, apple with string cheese, nuts, fruit and yogurt, as well as many others.
