#HAUSatHOME exercise to help retrain your brain-foot communication.
-Stand at a wall with bare feet
-Place a small ball between your ankles, right above your ankle bones
-As you do a calf raise keep pressure on the ball
-Focus your weight in between your big toe and your second toe
-Complete 25 reps slowly and with control
*Tip* Keep your toes long and try not to let them curl at the top
Add dumbbell weights to this once you feel stable
