J.P. Crawford suffered a hairline fracture in his right pinky after being hit by an 85.9MPH changeup in the first inning of tonight's Mariners loss to the Angels. Crawford remained in the game in the first to run the bases, representing the only run of the game for Seattle, before being taken out as a defensive replacement in the top half of the next inning. He will head to the injured list, and we will likely have more information tomorrow after J.P. sees a specialist regarding the injury.
