#WWPartner Guess who’s back on their bike again?! Some of you may remember when Jeremiah and I got our bikes when the pandemic first hit. Since the gyms were closed, riding bikes outdoors became the perfect way for us to stay active. We explored different trails throughout Houston, and I ended up not just losing weight, but gaining more energy and most importantly it impacted how I felt. Because for me, working out isn’t only about LOOKING good, I want to FEEL good too! Now of course, my consistency with bike riding came to an end, as my tummy started to grow more in my second trimester. Then after having GiGi, I was concerned about how I would get back into a solid routine again, but as a member of the @ww Program, I’ve been able to get the support I needed. Using the activity tracker in the WW App helps me log my bike riding and as I see the points I’m earning, it motivates me to keep going!
