In 1931, BUGATTI entered three separate chassis of the Type 50S into the Le Mans 24 Hours – the brand’s first participation in this legendary race. One of them - chassis no. 50177 – carried the No 5 and inspired BUGATTI’s latest ‘Sur Mesure’ creation.
