The last thing a plant sees... Did you know Eastern Cottontails actually produce two different types of droppings? We’re both talking jelly beans. The first is soft and green in color and is re-ingested (eaten) so that the rabbit can digest it more thoroughly, ensuring they get all possible nutrients. The second is small and hard and is only waste, having had all the nutrients extracted from it. Please look closely before picking anything up. You’re welcome.
