Our friends at @brycecanyonnps would like you to know that the space between double yellow lines is actually a designated lane for prairie dogs. The prairie dogs don’t always agree, or understand traffic patterns in general, so if you're driving in the park, or any park with wildlife, take it slow, keep your eyes on the road, and always be prepared for unexpected mammal merging.
