From July 8th -July 16th, 2022, collegiate solar car teams are putting their solar powered creations to the test in the ultimate cross-country trek, the 2022 American Solar Challenge The American Solar Challenge is a multi-day, cross-country endurance rally across North America, typically held every other year during the summer. The event is open to collegiate level solar car teams from countries all over the world, who take their solar cars along routes designed to provide teams with a great opportunity to demonstrate their solar cars under real world driving conditions and thoroughly test the reliability of all onboard systems.
