The bear belly flop is truly an art form. Follow these five easy steps and you can do it too. Step 1: Jump out as far as you can. This can be from a diving board or the side of waterfall full of bears trying to catch food. Wait, what? Live on the edge. Step 2: As you launch forward, extend your paws in all directions. Yes, all four of them. Amateurs will stay in this pose way too long, only to hit the water with unbearable force. Step 3: Bend your body like an upside down salmon 🍣 (Why is the salmon emoji not in a fresher state?) in mid-air to maximize splash. Step 4: At the last moment, as you begin to regret your life choices, cock your head back to protect your face. No matter what happens next, remember, pain is temporary. Glory is forever.
