Do not teach the wildlife how to play D&D.
Your adventuring party stumbles across a pond. You hear squawking coming from behind. As you turn around a “hangry” Canada goose attacks the party! What will you do? Oh, you rolled a one.
You may have the best intentions when you start a new park quest but feeding wildlife will only lead to trouble and potential damage inflicted on multiple combatants.
Be a smart wildlife watcher and always remember:
🪄It's not just a snack. Feeding wildlife is dangerous for the animals and for you.
🪄There are risks to people. Animals that rely on human foods can become aggressive trippers.
🪄There are risks to wildlife. Animals that rely on human foods can stop naturally hunting or foraging and starve.
🪄You can help keep wildlife wild by never feeding wildlife, clean up and leave no trace, and by keeping your distance.
