Who likes a bit of “parkitecture?” Do you have a favorite road, bridge, or trail at Mount Rainier National Park? There’s a good chance that your picks are part of the #MountRainier National Historic Landmark District (NHLD). The developed areas of Mount Rainier contain some of the nation’s best examples of intact National Park Service Rustic style architecture and naturalistic landscape architecture of the 1920s and 1930s and are included in the Mount Rainier National Historic Landmark District, which was designated in 1997.
