Fun fact: The actual number of bobcats named Bob is fairly small. Many actually prefer Robert. Earlier this week, cameras captured this young bobcat at a seep in Petrified Forest. Probably around a year old, this bobcat showed up on its own having left mom not long ago. Bobcats reach full adult size at females 2.5 years and male 3.5 years. With a normal life span of around 17 years in the wild, this Bob should be exploring the park for a while.
