A week of bending at 30 degrees🌟🦵🏽 This week I could finally start be bending my leg🤸🏽‍♀️ I’ve been waiting for this moment for so long! I got a little too excited because my first few steps I almost fell over!😅 for the most part I have around the same exercises with the additional bending exercises to get use to this new ROM🤩🦵🏽 this was definitely the boost I needed in motivation because honestly I was tired of doing the same exercises over and over again.
