Mark is a tremendous asset to the team and has been coined the “brand ambassador” for the Rome store by his teammates. He maintains very organized, clean and fully stocked coolers, a pristine motor oil section, and a welcoming parking lot. Everything he does during his shift is above 100%. Customers and co-workers often share stories or troubles with him because he Is an attentive listener and provides excellent advice and words of encouragement.
