🎉Dandy Shoutout🎉 Lisa McCarthy became a Dandy TEAM member in January 2019. Since then, she moved up in leadership, first as a Shift Leader and now as a Deli Coordinator at D18 in Sayre PA. As a Dandy TEAM member, Lisa loves her customers and knows most of them by name. She enjoys teaching employees new things and helping them grow. She doesn’t see herself as ‘above’ anyone else, simply a member of the team. Her manager Amie has impacted her growth with Dandy.
