🎉Dandy Shoutout:🎉 Sandra Hart joined Team Dandy as a Store Manager since July 2019. She started her journey at the D83 Rogan’s location in Ithaca, and recently transferred to D24 in Elmira, NY. After working in a law firm where she felt there was no true opportunity for growth, she applied for the Store Manager position at Rogan’s since it was a good fit with her education in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Not only did she find flexibility, which allows her to spend time with her four children camping and boating, but it also helped her reignite her interest in the food industry. Her district manager, Kathy Smith, has had a profound effect on her growth with Dandy. Sandra also likes how supportive the entire Dandy TEAM is. She appreciates that there is always someone to talk to and help resolve whatever needs to be resolved.
