🎉Dandy Shoutout🎉 Rich Cole has been a member of Team Dandy since August 2011. For almost 11 years he has served as a Store Manager and Roving Manager for Dandy 60, 61, and 20. In June 2022, he transitioned to his current position, Field Trainer. His dedication to Dandy is always apparent through his devotion to our customers and his efforts to work with our employees to teach them everything they need to know. As a Field Trainer, he can expand his role as an educator with Dandy. According to Rich, it is fun to teach people new things and although there can be obstacles, he thrives on the challenge.
