🎉Dandy Shoutout🎉Cathy Pierson has been a member of the D39 team in Mildred, PA, since December 2019. So far in her Dandy career she has worked as a clerk, shift leader, and now assistant manager. After moving to the area from New Jersey seeking an opportunity to continue her career in restaurant management, she found a home with Dandy and has been able to meet her local customers and learn more about the area through her work. Her positive, kind and easy conversational demeanor is a great asset to the team as she handles unpredictable situations and relationships calmly and effectively. Transitioning to Dandy has allowed her to grow and she hopes to become a store manager some day. As a leader with Dandy she enjoys being able to teach new employees the ropes, has learned that mistakes are okay (they remind us to slow down, recover and keep moving forward) and to keep customers happy.
