This is a recipe that Shannon made up while working and at the time it was referred to as the cheeseburger pizza at their location. When Food Service was trying out recipes for “Pizza of the Month” she was encouraged to submit her concoction and it caught the attention of the team. If you haven’t tried it yet, it really has a delicious and unique flavor with the blend of ranch and dill pickle with a zest from the banana peppers all blanketed with a melted layer of yummy mozzarella cheese.
