🎉Dandy Shoutout: Misty is making moves, as she was recently promoted to become a District Manager. Her journey with Dandy began in June 2004 when she started working at D6 in Athens after her high school graduation. What began as a temporary position became quite permanent as she found that she thoroughly enjoyed the food service industry, and never left. Over her tenure, she has worked in every position available at stores to achieve each of her goals: part time clerk, full time clerk, shift leader, deli coordinator, assistant manager, roving manager, and store manager. It was her goal to mold her employees to become better, to succeed and to grow. As a District Manager, Misty hopes to pass on her passion to other store managers and help them to take pride in their store, motivate their teams and help improve or build the team comradery and atmosphere in each location.
