61 years ago, the #EqualPayAct became the law of the land—yet the gender wage gap disproportionately impacts Black, brown, & Indigenous women. Equality is overdue and Congress must pass the #EqualRightsAmendment & Paycheck Fairness Act to address this injustice once & for all.
