After working as a registered nurse in Ghana for nearly a decade, Doreen Sarfo decided to move across the world to continue her career in nursing in eastern North Carolina. Today, she works in rehabilitation at ECU Health Medical Center and is a member of the clinical nurse specialist program at East Carolina University.
