In uncertain times, they answer the call and see patients through while providing high quality, compassionate care. Today is National Trauma Survivors Day. Team members shared messages of hope and inspiration on #TraumaSurvivorsDay cards, took time to connect with trauma survivors and shared information on the Trauma Survivors Network (TSN) connection available now in the East. ECU Health Medical Center and the ECU Health, Maynard Children’s Hospital, in partnership with the American Trauma Society, created a local branch of the TSN. We invite all trauma survivors and their loved ones to join this group and experience all it has to offer. As part of this network, participants can connect with others in similar situations, learn about injuries and recovery from experts, discover how to meet the challenges of everyday life after an injury, and give hope and inspiration to others.
