We are proud to celebrate all our nurses who received the prestigious Daisy Award for extraordinary nurses. Jamie Hall, BSN, CIC received the Daisy Award for her care and compassion supporting a patient by dressing up a Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz to cheer up the patient. Tay Ridley, RN, received the Daisy Award for her compassionate and dedication care to a specific patient utilizing music to help the patient’s recovery. Georgia Perry, MSN, CNML received the Daisy Leader award for her love and dedication to the teams and patients serving as the leader for the primary COVID unit at VMC.
