While the World Health Assembly designated 2020 the International Year of the Nurse, for us, this year is no different. We wrapped up 2020 and welcomed 2021 with a Ceremony of Light and Caring, designed to acknowledge the physical and emotional challenges each team member faced due to COVID-19. Team members received boxed flowers and a candle, symbolizing the love and care they give and receive as part of the Vidant Health team. We are #VidantProud to have nurses who love, heal, and #CareLikeCrazy.
