✨Borderlight Theatre Festival kicked off its annual festival in Downtown Cleveland today with the intertribal dance troupe Indigenous Enterprise. The troupe performed traditional Pow Wow categories such as Jingle Dress, Hoop, Chicken Dance and Grass Dance.
