Gosh, sometimes it would be a lot easier for me to just put the drills that I use and only my experiences together, but for me, it’s not about what’s easy. It’s about what is real and what is best for the development of these players. The real story is that I didn’t learn all that I did on my own. So I love giving credit to those that I have learned from. I am constantly learning from other other instructors so I love introducing those people to young players to see if the language that coach uses has the ability to connect and impact. Life isn’t made up of one way of thinking or one way of doing things. Why should how you learn be?
