Live and let live. 🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾 Apparently it’s the hardest concept in the United States of America. All of my fears come from the fact that I have and am raising a Daughter. The fact that we are Women of Color. The fact that our right to choose is out of our control. The fact that some of these unexpected pregnancies happen to women with many disparities and already limited options. Women who are abused, raped and trafficked. This is incredibly sad. It makes me mad. The fact that no matter how much we “move forward” for women we are constantly being dragged SO many years behind. Why is this okay? We need to be involved, be informed and vote. We need to join groups and organizations who are working against abortion ban laws. Who are fighting for our rights. As a grown adult I know exactly how all of this affects me and it truly enrages me for all Women but more importantly for future generations.
