Like the whale sharks he seeks every summer, WilliamDrumm migrates to Mexico, but instead of chasing fish, he’s chasing moments and capturing images of the ocean and marine life. On his recent trip near Cancun, in the emerald waters of Quintana Roo, he observed blue polka dot behemoths congregate for a planktonic buffet. Sometimes, there are so many plankton and fish eggs in the water that you find caviar in your hair the rest of the day after a dive.
