Today's gym new skill is one I've wanted for a while. Full twisting diveroll. First video is the last one of the day. Not perfect but a definite step forward. Second video is the process I went through. Please feel free to comment and criticize!
Decided to try it out right at first, did not go well. It was suggested by coaches to do ariabian diveroll which helped the pathway but when I add the other half twist it just went everywhere. After a bunch of fails I took a step back, went to the tumble track and figured out the main problem I was having. Turns out I was twist my arms awkwardly. After figuring that out, floor went much easier.
