My shoulder flexibility is seriously lacking and I can't really afford to damage myself any further than I have. The first couple attempts of this I didn't even get off the ground. But I took a step back and with intransit21 awesome coaching and the classes encouragement I worked through a block in my head. . Second video i was super focused on hitting the right pose (with proper arm placement) in a controlled manor.
