Color grade process 🎨 Look - Kodak 2383 D60 with Glow Camera - Sony A7s3 1) Convert footage from Slog-3 to Rec.709 2) Correct white balance, main thing is to get accurate skin tones because you want the footage to be as realistic as possible 3) Fix Exposure; should be a small retouch, most of the work should be done in camera, for slog3 have exposure properly set by zooming in to subjects and read histogram make sure you aren’t clipping any important information 4) Color grade; this is where the magic happens, add contrast to a visual if it’s to flat, add an s-curve, apply the magic sauce 🤫 5) Sharpen your image; this should be subtle and unnoticeable to most, helps make footage look crisp 6) Apply film look; use one that you like 7) Add Halation; this is what really gives it that glow, don’t use to much of this because you can mess up the skin tones #colorgrade #davinchiresolve #videoedit
