On November,19, 2018 retired Palm Bay Police Department K9 “Jelani” passed away after battling a prolonged illness. K9 Jelani was the dedicated and faithful partner of Ofc. J. Moreno for two years before being force to retire."Jelani" served the residents of Palm Bay with honor from 2013 to 2018.
