While conducting patrol checks in a residential area, Temple Deputies in the city of Rosemead spotted a suspicious vehicle driving around with their lights off. After the investigation, the driver and passenger were arrested for several charges and warrants. Temple deputies will continue to be proactive in the surrounding areas.
