The month of November is the perfect time for us to reflect on our accomplishments in a series we are calling #SonderGratitude. We've asked each of our staff members to share what they are most thankful for in 2022. We begin with our trusty Education Coordinator in Malawi, Jervas Chikombe, who is thankful that our sponsorship program helps high-performing students who are on the verge of dropping out of school due to financial difficulties: "I am most grateful that we have prevented students from dropping out of school. For example, our student Francis Mwale was not able to attend school due to lack of school fees, but after he was sponsored, he earned the top score in his final exams!"
