In Malawi, despite significant improvements in
#safewater access for urban communities, around 4 million people still lack access to basic safe water services in the country (USAID). This underserved population mainly resides in rural areas, where 45% of the population lacks access to safe water (Unicef).
Whenever we launch a well in our target regions, we feel an immense feeling of celebration and relief from the community. A new well means mothers have more time to spend caring for their family & personal priorities, and their children have more time and better health to study and attend school.
We love the video in the second slide 👉 of our recent well launch celebration at Thasa Primary School in central Malawi that captures the overwhelming joy and gratitude from the students who stand to benefit the most from this new well drilled right on their school campus!
You can help us drill more wells in Malawi and Burkina Faso by making a donation at the link in our bio. if you do...
