It's Sponsor a Student Tuesday and we are excited to share a new initiative we introduced this term for some of our high school students😄 It's most common for students in Malawi at the high school level to stay in hostels/dormitories to attend school, because the schools are too far from the rural communities where they live. Whenever possible, we enroll students in hostels because they provide food, but there's not always a hostel or enough space. As a result, we've begun providing food rations on a per term basis to ensure our non-hostel students can learn with a full belly!
