This week we look back at the year to celebrate all we've accomplished... We start off by recognizing 2021 as the year we began our Student Sponsorship Program! We sponsored 50 primary students at the schools we constructed the year prior with school fees, uniforms, and materials. Students in the program report increased confidence and a renewed belief in their own potential; teachers report increased attendance; and parents/guardians report a burden lifted. We are so encouraged by this first year that we plan to expand the program in 2022 by sponsoring a total of 200 students, including secondary school students, and introducing a similar program in Burkina Faso!
