Welcome Brock Knowles (brock.knowles13) to wwutfxc and wwuathletics !!! Brock is a middle/long distance runner from Shelton High School! Last spring he qualified for the 800m at the Washington 3A State Track and Field Championships, and posted a PB of 1:56.88 while winning the Shanner Invitational! In the fall, he had a breakthrough cross country season, finishing 3rd at the South Sound Conference XC championships and then placing 39th at the 3A State XC championships in 16:15!
