🚨 Wine Day $22/btl 🚨 This is one of our fav wines ever!! Monday & Tuesday (3/11-12) . . . Ferdinando Pricipiano is one of Barolo’s under the radar super producers. principianoferdinando is known most famously for their #Barolo Boscaretto which the Coste, seen here, sources a small amount of fruit, the rest comes from the Le Coste di Monforte vineyard. The wine is sublime. Extremely elegant aromas of cherry, strawberry, tea and tobacco jump from the glass. A youthful wine from an excellent vintage, the palate displays energy and vibrancy with great red fruited flavor and a brilliant texture. This wine is a great example of how noble #nebbiolo really is, especially when crafted with skill and understanding of the place and varietal. A true wine of terroir made by those who know it best. Also... a purist wine, natural if you will but with out the negative funk and issues. FP follows biodynamic and organic processes and the wine purity showcase the non interventionist approach. .
