Kol Hakavod to all the participants of our TanenbaumCHAT chess club for capping off two months of intense head-to-head competition with an epic showdown in the Hennick Family Atrium at lunch this week. Our two finalists, Yuval (Grade 10) and Aaron (Grade 9), put on quite the show but in the end it was Aaron who clocked the win, walking away victorious in the annual “Elnatan Kelman ’23 TanenbaumCHAT Chess Club Championship.” Mazal Tov to both Yuval and Aaron.
