This morning tanenbaumchat came together in our Meyer/Finkelstein gymnasium for an assembly of strength, comfort and support. Head of School Dr. Jonathan Levy and Principal Renee Cohen ’96 both spoke about how proud they were of our students, faculty and staff and how they conducted themselves during Friday’s bomb scare. Special thanks to torontopolice Inspector Jack Gurr and Constable Michelle Gillespie, who debriefed everyone about Friday and answered some excellent student questions; and appreciation to Rabbi Shaanan Scherer ’96 for an uplifting musical moment.
