Earlier this month, a group of tanenbaumchat students took Tikkun Olam to the next level and travelled to rural West Virginia to spend a week volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. The students assisted local workers in building a house for a single mother, as well as helping out with Habitat for Humanity’s local thrift store, more than doubling their average sales.
