In May 2019, TanenbaumCHAT lost a beloved alumna, friend and teacher in Jenny Lewis '95 z"l.  Since 2020, family and friends have come together to honour Jenny with an annual bike rally to Collingwood in support of chailifelinecanada, thepmcf. In addition, Jenny's family established the Jenny Lewis Memorial Fund at TanenbaumCHAT which awards a prize each year to one student who has exhibited excellence in creative writing.
