To commemorate Yom HaZikaron, our Israeli Engagement Committee, under the guidance of Mrs. Shira Meirman (our Israeli Engagement Shlicha) created a “moving” exhibit… literally! Classes were taken on a walking tour around the school where members of our Israeli Engagement Committee highlighted different aspects of Yom HaZikaron in Israel. Throughout the tour, students were given the opportunity to scan QR codes with links to songs that tied into each exhibit. It was a very unique and well-constructed way to honour the memories of those who have made the greatest sacrifice in defending Israel.
