This morning @tanenbaumchat came together (virtually) for our traditional school-wide Chanukah assembly. The student-driven event featured a wonderful mix of song, dance, music and videos highlighting our school’s creativity, love of Jewish holidays... and divisive nature when it comes to age-old questions such as the true spelling of Chanukah (Hanukah? Channukah?) and applesauce versus sour cream as the ultimate latke topping! As has become tradition, the assembly culminated with a wonderful fun-akah medley by Mr. Peters ’09 and Mr. Sable ’90 that we wanted to share with our entire community.
