It’s a huge week for swimming, which makes it a huge week for Brent Nowicki ‘97. Nowicki is at the Paris 2024 Summer Olympic Games in his very important role as the CEO of World Aquatics, the global governing body for swimming, diving, high diving, water polo, open water swimming and artistic swimming. “For me, this Olympics is really about seeing it all come together, but in the stage it deserves, in front of the audience it deserves, in the full treatment it deserves,” Nowicki said to The Buffalo News in a feature story published last week. Nowicki is also featured in the current issue of CHS Today magazine. “I believe that any success derived professionally has its foundation on the impact CHS had on me as a person. “You can start with Canisius’ service to faith and the promotion of justice – a learning embodied in our call to serve others.
